K-209, 207, and 209 are MAKING COLLAGES, and PUTTING TOGETHER SHAPES TO show something. We share and talk about our work at the end of class.
K-209 is learning to Paint with tempera cakes.
After using tempera cakes, we learn to mix own colors on a mixing palette. We learn about new colors we can make, using just the primary colors (Red, Blue, Yellow).
Class 1-213 is arranging shapes to show a scene. We learn to add shapes and materials to show meaning in our art.

First graders (1-215) practicing cutting skills to make spirals!
2nd grade experimented with primary colors to see what new colors could be made. We used eye droppers as a tool to measure and record our color experiments. We wrote down color formulas using (R, B, and Y).
