Students in classes 601 and 602 visited the NY Aquarium in Coney Island. Students utilized their five senses to perform
inquiry-based explorations of several different marine organisms and make qualitative observation. More specifically, students
learned the important skills of observation and inference, as it applies to the life sciences. They were able to make the
important distinction between observation and inference, as well as, demonstrate their understanding of this important skill.
